1. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all parts of India where courier services are available.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 Hours.

3. Shipping Charges

• All Prepaid Orders: Shipping Fee Applicable: ₹40 anywhere in India.

• Note: We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. All orders must be paid online.

4. Delivery Time

• Cities: Delivery in 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

• Towns and Rural Areas: Delivery takes 5 to 9 working days.

• For very remote locations, delivery might take up to 15 days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will get a tracking link by email or SMS to follow your package.

6. Important Delivery Notes

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct when ordering.

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

• Sometimes, delivery may be unavailable for certain pin codes; you’ll see this during checkout.

7. Returns and Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you want to return or exchange, please contact RAMYAA You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Exchange/Replacement Time Frame – If your return is approved the product will be delivered with 5-7 days
Refund Process
We don’t Provide any Refunds only Exchange is Provided.

8. Payment Options

We accept payments online (cards, UPI, wallets, net banking).
Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable.

9. Exceptions

Shipping may be delayed during holidays or due to uncontrollable events. We will notify you if there are any delays.
